Fuel Storage Tanks

Fuel Storage Systems offer a full turn-key solution for fuel storage tanks. We have the experience and the expertise to deal with any size project from start to completion with all our fuel storage tank installations conforming to the Environment Agency & DEFRA Oil Storage Regulations 2015. 

We supply steel bunded bulk fuel storage tanks which can accommodate any customer request, including one-off and bespoke requirements. All our fuel storage tanks are constructed in mild steel to BS EN/10 025 & manufactured to BS799 Part 5, which are fully bunded to comply with Environment Agency & DEFRA Oil Storage Regulations 2015.

Benefits: Above ground fuel storage tanks have a lower upfront cost, because they require significantly less excavation and back filling meaning they are much less expensive to install than below ground fuel tank. They can be checked for leaks visually and can be more easily accessed for repairs making them the preferred choice for the storage of fuels. 

 All our Below Ground Fuel Tank are fully tested and certified to comply with BS.EN.12285-1:2003 specification. On completion of manufacture they are externally blast cleaned to SA 2.5 followed by a coating of solvent-free polyurethane. The coating receives a 100% pin-hole high voltage spark detection test to confirm complete paint coverage.
